With this package, you can be sure that you'll be able to get started safely and smoothly once the installation is complete.

Good to know: The free installation service is entirely based on chat contact and is offered as standard with every purchase from 2GO Software. Our specialists will guide you step by step through downloading, installing, and activating your software.

How does it work?

1. Add this product to the cart and check out. Is this your first order with 2GO Software? Then you’ll receive a free installation from us! Check the installation terms for more details.
2. Ensure you’ve also purchased a license for the software you want.
3. You will receive an invitation in My 2GO Software to schedule an appointment. You choose when we get started.
4. 2GO Software confirms your appointment via email and provides you with instructions for setting up a remote assistance connection.
5. Our specialists guide you via chat, install the software, and configure it. Afterward, you will receive a report with an overview of the tasks performed.

This service is not suitable for setting up or assisting with Office 365 Business or Office 365 Business Premium.
In that case, choose one of our business installation services.

Your privacy is our priority. Our privacy policy fully applies. All specialists have signed a confidentiality agreement. Thanks to encryption and password protection, your connection is 100% secure. You always have control over starting or ending the session.

• This service does not apply to operating systems, gift cards, or phone credit cards.
• Only valid for software purchased through 2GO Software.
• You can schedule the installation service based on availability. We cannot guarantee availability on your preferred day and time.
• The session typically lasts 15-30 minutes.

The following services are outside the scope of this free service:

• Personally tailored software configuration.
• Virus removal.
• Removal of other programs unrelated to the purchased product.
• Setting up or configuring other devices, such as printers and scanners.
