If you’re unable to make the scheduled appointment, we fully understand. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance so that we can arrange a new appointment that better fits your schedule. We can then make your time slot available for someone else.
However, if an appointment is missed without notice and a new appointment is requested, we will be required to charge the applicable price for the installation service (€29.99).
The Terms of the Free Installation Service
Maximum of 1 installation service per customer:
Maximum 1 free installation service per customer/account per year.
Valid for 1 device:
The free installation service is valid for 1 PC, laptop, or Mac. Mobile devices and Android or iOS operating systems are excluded.
For consumers only:
The free installation service is only available to consumers, not for business purposes.
Availability:
You can schedule the installation service based on our availability. There is no guarantee that we will always be available on your preferred day and time.
Excluded product categories:
The free installation service does not apply to the following product categories:
- Business Microsoft software
- Business security software
- Operating systems
- Gift cards
- Phone credit
Additional services not included:
The following services are not included:
- Configuring software to personal needs.
- Removing viruses.
- Removing unrelated programs.
- Configuring other computer-related tasks such as printers, scanners, etc.
