All methods to check your balance
1) Using a keypad code (USSD)
Open the phone app and enter *100#, then press the call button. Your current balance will be displayed instantly (sometimes also via SMS).
2) In the MeinMagenta app
Open the MeinMagenta app: your Prepaid plan and current balance are shown on the home screen.
3) Online in the customer centre
Log in to the Telekom customer centre, select your Prepaid plan and check the “Balance” tile on the overview page.
4) By phone / via SMS
Call: Dial the free short code 2000 and follow the instructions to hear your balance.
SMS: Send (if available) a blank SMS to 2000; you’ll receive a reply showing your balance.
What happens when the balance runs out?
If your Prepaid balance is used up, chargeable services (calls, SMS, mobile data) will be temporarily blocked until the next top-up. Check your balance regularly and top up in time to avoid interruptions.
