Terms & Conditions

By using a Spotify gift card, eGift Card, eCard, Premium Code, or PIN (the "Card"), you agree to the following:

1. Spotify's "Terms of Use", available at [https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/](https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/), are part of these terms and conditions relating to Cards. Spotify's Terms of Use may include terms regarding the collection and use of personal data, general provision thereof based on the services offered by Spotify, choice of law, mandatory arbitration (if applicable) and venue.

2. The card can only be redeemed for the full price of the months of the individual Premium subscription and cannot be redeemed for discount or group subscriptions (such as student discounts, trial offers, Premium for families or offers combining Premium with the products and services of other companies).

3. The card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law).

4. You must have or register a Spotify account in the country of purchase to redeem the card. To use or register for a Spotify account, you must meet the applicable age requirements in the [Spotify Terms of Use](https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1).

5. Redeem your card at [www.spotify.com/redeem](www.spotify.com/redeem.).

6. The card must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. After this, the PIN expires and the card can no longer be used for purchases.

7. The card is for one-time use; the full face value for an individual account will be deducted upon redemption and incremental redemption or credit reduction is not allowed.

8. Spotify and its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of stolen or fraudulently obtained cards.

9. The card is provided by Spotify AB, registration number 556703-7485, with address Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").

10. These terms and conditions take precedence if the terms and conditions relating to cards are inconsistent with or conflict with the terms and conditions printed on a card.
