Office 365 is now Microsoft 365 - What's changed?
On 30 March 2020, Microsoft announced that the subscription versions of Office 365 were getting a new name. From 21 April 2020, Office 365 Personal and Office 365 Home were renamed Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Family. The content and functionality didn't change - only the name. So if you're still searching for "Office 365", in practice you mean the same subscription as "Microsoft 365". The one-time packages without a subscription kept the name "Office", followed by the year (such as Office 2024).
