How does it work?

1. Add this product to your shopping cart and check out.
2. Make sure you have also purchased a license for the desired software.
3. You will receive an invitation via My 2GO Software to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
4. 2GO Software confirms the appointment via email and provides instructions for setting up a remote assistance connection.
5. At the scheduled time, we will call you and guide you step by step through the process.
6. After completion, you will receive a detailed report showing what has been done and how your software has been set up.

Installation package terms

• One software product is installed per purchased installation package.
• Valid for 1 device (1 computer or 1 Mac).
• Available for consumers only, not for business applications.
• This service does not apply to operating systems, gift cards, or prepaid phone credit.
• Only valid for software purchased through 2GO Software.
• The appointment is scheduled based on availability. We cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will always be possible.
• The session typically lasts 15-30 minutes.

Additional services not included

The following services are not covered by the Premium Installation Service:

• Custom configurations, such as personal preferences in the software.
• Virus removal.
• Removal of other software unrelated to the purchased product.
• Configuration of other devices, such as printers, scanners, etc.

* Except for a new Windows installation on your hardware. We do install Windows in a Parallels environment, but we do not upgrade your existing Windows installation or perform a clean Windows installation after purchasing a new Windows license from us.
