Scope of Application

The conditions described below apply to the purchase of gift cards. You can find these products on our website in the "Gift cards" categories. If an order is placed combined (i.e., it includes a gift card and software in one order), the conditions mentioned below apply to the entire order.

General Conditions

For all products as described in the scope of application, the following applies:

1. Once the code of the purchased product is retrieved, it CANNOT be returned.
2. Even if the product is not activated/not used, the right to return it expires once the code is retrieved.
3. The card-specific general terms and conditions regarding the use of the product, found in the product description of each product, apply.
